We need the model and the IMEI of the target phone in order to prepare the software. Once you have these details place the order and we will email you a file to install onto the target phone. Use either USB or bluetooth to transfer the file onto the phone. Press *#06# on the keypad of the target phone in order to view the IMEI number or check the label under the battery.

The price is for the software only to be installed yourself onto one of the range of compatible mobile phones. Check above to see which phones are compatible. If it is not listed above it is not compatible. We will then send you an email requesting the phone model information.
